Some restoration teams use this app for properties they monitor. They are users of the app, not the sender of SMS.
SMS AND MOBILE INFORMATION
If you opt in to SMS alerts in the SweetWater Response app, we collect your mobile number, selected markets, and a record of your consent. We use this only to send operational alerts about fires, water damage, weather, and emergency restoration at properties you manage or monitor.
We do not share, sell, or provide your mobile phone number or messaging consent data to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
We may use a text-delivery vendor solely to transmit the messages you requested. That vendor may not use your number for its own marketing.
Consent to SMS is optional and is not required to use the app. You can opt in or out in My Account. Reply STOP to cancel. Reply HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
OTHER DATA
We collect account email, property and alert data you enter, and basic device/log data needed to run the app. We do not sell personal information.
